Rev. Dr. James C. Karboi Sr. is a Liberian counseling psychologist, peacebuilder, educator, and community leader with over 35 years of experience in trauma healing, conflict transformation, and human development. He holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology and an MA in Peace Study from the Kofi Annan Institute for Conflict Transformation at the University of Liberia. Dr. Karboi has served as National Board Member for the United Pentecostal Church of Liberia, President of Maranatha Bible Institute, and Principal of Apostolic Foundation High School. A certified War Trauma Counselor, he has dedicated his life to helping individuals and communities heal from the scars of conflict. His vision for WASSAP.inc is to create a Liberia where dignity, justice, and opportunity are accessible to all—especially the most vulnerable.
